Welcome to the website and blog of Andrew Shapiro Munn.  I’m a Software Engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I was born in Montreal, but I moved to Vermont at the age of seven. I’m a native English speaker with dual American and Canadian citizenship.

Currently I am in my 2B term at Waterloo. During the winter of 2010 I worked at Amazon.com developing the next generation of cloud services. During the summer of 2009 I developed mobile applications at Xtreme Labs.

• I read Google Reader way too much.
• My favorite programming language is Python because of the clear syntax and powerful libraries and frameworks (and the anti-gravity).
• Android = iPhone = WebOS > Blackberry > Symbian (Windows Phone 7 Series looks exciting!)
